I had booked my flight Vistara UK – 940, departure for 20th August, 2021, 7:45pm from Mumbai to Delhi. I had done the booking on the website Travolook.in on 16th August. Immediately after the payment, first i got a mail and a message from Travolook that my booking will be confirmed in half an hour. Then i got a mail from them saying that my booking is cancelled because of fare expiration and i will get the refund within 7 working days. Today as i am posting this, 11 days have passed but my refund has not come. I have mailed them so many times, there has been no acknowledgment to my emails, also there customer care executives are not helping me. Every day when i call them, they have a standard answer that mam this will take more 5-7 days, moreover all of them share different versions. Today one of them called me and said that it usually takes over 15 days which they never told me before on call or email, they have been just procrastinating this without giving me a proper clarity and timeline for my refund. I am scared and afraid if i will get justice. Request your help in this please.

FROM KOLKATA TO BANGALORE FOR 11 TH AUG WITH Rs. 5339/- INR. ALRADY THEY CUT THE AMOUNT BUT AFTER SOMETIME THEY CALL ME AND SAYS, YOUR BOOKING WAS CANCELLED BY AIRLINE FOR INCREASING THE TICKET PRICE . AND ALSO SAYS THAT YOUR MONEY REFUND WITH IN 10 TO 15 WORKING DAYS. BUT STILL TODAY ITS 25 DAY , MY MONEY NOT REFUNDED. AND CUSTOMER CARE EVERYTIME REJECTED MY CALL . ITS MY LAST WARNING REFUND MY AMOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
They are not providing money back to any one.they have done same with me
