Respected Sir/Mandam,
This complaint is regarding Cleartrip denying refund for cancelled flights. Never been given a clear update, always evasive about refund. I’ve been asked to wait until 8th July to know if tickets are eligible for refund!! I am truly shocked by such hazardous behavior from a vendor who continue to cheat customer/customer. I’ve an exposure of approximately 18,000.00 INR.
