Hi,
I booked a car on 10 jan 2021 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM through zoomcar app in mobile and charged me 1792 rupees (including refund amount 500 rupees and excluding 1 rupee discount). And for extra 2 KM they charged me 28 rupees which is detected from refund amount. In zoomcar app they have mentioned within 30 days refund amount will be refunded. But still now I have got no response from Zoomcar team. They have to pay me about 471 rupees as refundable amount.
