Text of Complaint by Alisha:

I am writing regarding my refund process which has been pending for a long time. My booking was cancelled due to covid in April 2020. And after one full year, the team gave me an answer on 1st June that the refund will happen in 21 days. And now it has been another 1 year since then. And the only answer I keep getting is to wait for another 21 days. They have not given me an exact date, an answer or anything useful regarding this matter. They have not been replying to emails, no useful information. They have been misleading us for the past 2 years.
