Dear Sir,
I had attached my vehicle with Self Drive Car- Drivezy.com and as per an agreement tenure was for 36 months commencing from Mar,19.
Due to the Covid pandemics situation industry got affected and the company asked me to terminate the contract as they can do the business, which I understand.
After terminating the contract yet there was an outstanding which company has to pay to me against my Dec,19 till Mar,2020 payouts along with the maintenance pool amount.
I have been following up with the office personnels but none of them are responding. At the time of handover of the vehicle to me I found there was lots of dents within the car and three of the cars wheels were replaced with the old one. I have already raised this concern to their customers support team marking their business team but no response from them.
Even to resell my car I would be requiring NOC from them but they are not even sharing that as well.
Shall request if I can get some solution to this.
Being a salaried person I opted this as an opportunity to earn but I suffered due to lockdown. I beared with them to terminate the contract before its tenure but atleast they should atleast pay my pending payouts for the months before lockdown.
