I have pending payments from Zoomcar, they agreed with the damage of the vehicle and asked me to get it repaired and submit invoice in the tickets that were raised. I’ve sent them the invoice very long back, now they’re not responding and even if they respond a new guy responds on email saying that we are escalating and it will be dealt within 48 hours.
Haven’t heard anything from last 2 months.
