The Airtel had established tower Harimilan GT 4733 on my residancial house 10th Jan,2013. The co. had made the required documents also. As per aggriment 10% rise in rent will be paid by the co.
First rise was effected in Jan,2016. The second rise to be effective Jan, 2019.
The co. is not made the effect of rose in rent till the date with reason unknown.
I therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
The rise in terms of money is RS.1445 per month from Jan 2019to August 2020 i.e. for 20months =RS. 28900 is over due for payment.
