I am raising a formal dispute regarding fraudulent loan entries reported under the name “Transactree Technologies Pvt. Ltd.” (also known as Lendbox) in my credit report.
I have never applied for or availed any loan from Transactree or its affiliates. Despite this, my credit report shows pending loans linked to my profile, which are unauthorized and incorrect. These false entries are negatively impacting my credit score, financial credibility, and future loan eligibility.
Specific Issues:
Unauthorized loan accounts appearing in my credit report.
Incorrect reporting of pending loans under Transactree Technologies.
Adverse impact on my ability to secure legitimate loans (e.g., with SBI).
Possible misuse of my personal details (PAN/Aadhaar/phone number).
Requested Actions:
Immediate investigation into the fraudulent loan entries.
Removal/rectification of all incorrect Transactree loan records from my credit report.
Written confirmation once corrections are completed.
Assurance that my personal information will not be misused for future fraudulent reporting.
