I had recharged my internet with jio fiber but to my suprise it did not work i raised a complaint with Jio to get that addressed their engineer visited and told your connection is 200 mtr away i cannot fix it so raise a relocation request so they can connect it to distribution box near my home, Another engineer visited and told the same thing. I explained all this to customer service requested for engineer visit after raising relocation request but no person visited to activate connection even though there was an appointment scheduled on 27th Oct then they changed it to 31 october then they changed it to 3rd november and now they are saying we are not sure when it can be fixed, when I call and ask for escalation because my internet issue is still not resolved due to inefficiency of Jio to fix it they are saying your have a relocation request and that has 7 to 10 days to ETA we cannot do anything.
I am totally frustrated and feel cheated as a customer because of all this delay my work is suffering, I would never recommend anyone to use Jio as they have one of the worst customer service and they do not value their customer, I complaint about it from Twitter and from official email of appellate authority Deepak negi but no response from appellate, and from Jio i only get response that they are looking into it please wait or they will say we have escalated it but we do not know when it will be resolved as their backend team has not provided any details, I do not understand how long i have to wait when they keep missing deadlines and keep giving false promises.
In case any sane person from Jio looks into it then he can check these complaints which are either falsely closed or still pending with no resolution, CO00011AEFNK SR00001RZFA9 SR00001RXAOJ SR00001RU0QS SR00001RTRPW.
I do not hope to get any response because I know jio authorities are sitting silent and does not care or value their customer’s time.
