This is to inform you that installation work has not been performed yet as you mentioned.
I have purchased this washing machine which has been delivered on 12-Apr-22, with the promis to install it on 15-Apr-22.
This installation has not been attended and is incomplete. Hence I am unable to use this machine till now on 25-Apr-22.
Upon calling customer service, they promised to complete the installation on 25-Apr-22, 6.30 PM, but nothing has been done.
I used to get a call from flipkart automatic voice service every day saying that installation is on track and the promised date is after 2 days to install it.
In this case, I am very much clueless what to do now. I tried to contact customer care every day, they used to convince me not to worry, installation will be done in the next day or two, which is not happening.
My earnest request please take the case with your notice to get resolution.
This money is very valuable to me, request you please resolve the issue as soon as possible so that I can use the machine.
