I had availed a loan dated 4th Oct 2022 for an amount of Rs.69900 to purchase an mobile phone & paying EMI of Rs.6325.89 w.e.f from Nov 2022.
Till Date I have received cash back credit to my account as follows:
For Nov 2022 – Received Rs.933.57 on date – 10.11.2022
For Dec 2022 – Received Rs. 833.76 on date – 21.12.2022
For Jan 2023 – Received Rs. 762.78 on date – 01.05.2023
For Feb 2023 – Received Rs. 690.87 on date – 18.02.2023
Now From Mar 2023 to till date , I have not still received the cash back credited to my bank account (Amount pending to be received = Rs.2582.38). I have dropped my first mail mentioning the same to the helpdesk mail id (help@zestmoney.in) on 10th July 2023, in reply i was said that the pending cash back amount will be received after 7-10 working days i.e. by 20th of July 2023. I called one of the zest money executive on its customer care no. 7440084400 & raised the concern issue, the concern person told that it will be taken up & we assure you will get the pending amount by 31st July 2023. When i checked my account on 1st August 2023 the pending amount was not credited. Again i approached zest money on the same customer care number, this time they told that it will be surely credit by 15th August 2023, but today on 17th August 2023, when i checked my account, the amount was not credited. I again called the customer care executive & again the same dialogue was given that the amount will be credited by 31st of August 2023. And i am sure that the amount will not be credited on the said date & again they will shift the date to 15th Sept 2023. I have mail communication history as a proof of evidence, if required to be shown at any point of time.
I think i have been cheated by this company on the cash back offer part, & the company is just fooling customers by giving wrong commitments. If such acts continuous by the company, then customers will loose hopes in such companies.
I request the authority to consider this matter & take appropriate steps for getting my cashback money credited to my bank account.
