Dear Concern,
Despite of being Black grade user Airtel Post paid connection my request is pending from more than 6 days for the new connection of Broad band .None of the airtel personnel called me yet regarding any query or update the status of my request.
I was never expe ting such kind of pathetic service from airtel end .And at last I am bound to behave in such rude manner to you.
Eagerly waiting for the time to be taken to address my this request.
