Text of Complaint by KARTHIK:

Hi, the mobile number 9003750213 was an Airtel postpaid number and due to non availability of signal I changed it to Jio. I paid the more than the pending amount and after three months of usage I got a message that 35 rupees is still pending. I don’t know how. If there is a pending amount then why are they allowing it to transfer.

Now I paid the pending amount yesterday and I was told that the pending will be cleared in 4 hours. But still I’m not able to use any of the services. Just because of the poor signal reception I changed my number to another network. Even after changing Airtel is proving that their service is so poor.

Kindly rectify the problem and I’m attaching the e receipt with this complaint.
