My name is Abhishek, and I am writing to express my concern regarding my pending complaint (Complaint No. 25092103709) registered on 21st September 2025 for my Voltas AC.
It has now been over 18 days, yet the issue has not been resolved. I was informed that one part of my AC is defective and needs replacement. However, my AC is still under warranty, and despite several follow-ups, I have not received any proper resolution or service visit.
The service team mentioned that the part replacement may take up to one month, which is highly inconvenient. I would like to ask — if the repair takes one month, when will I even get to use my AC — in winter? This kind of delay is disappointing and unacceptable from a reputed brand like Voltas.
