I had taken a online loan of rs 7589 on 16-03-2020 . i closed the loan on 18-10-2020 but it shows rs 8193 overdue .it is affecting my cibil score but the company is no more

Dear sir,
I already paid that amount .when I was taked, but now I check my cibil today it’s showing overdue.
This is totally look like Fraud, I already paid my amount to company but company was showing overdue
Now my cibil was negative
I request you to close this and do something
