The COVID lockdown period I borrowed the loan from PC FINANCE using Android app, and same amount repaid witj further interest, but they are add 1400/- extra penalty in my account, and it’s showing in the CIBIL report. Unfortunately I am ready to pay that amount but the RBI banned that company , no another way to pay that amount,, Kindly close the loan amount, because its effecting on my CIBIL report.
