I have bought Carrier split Inverter AC , at the time of installation they said no need of stablizer , now after 4 years it stopped working displaying error codes – p0,p1,pa,p6,NL, So, I raised complaint with customer care , they told to install stablizer , i installed again the same problem is persistent . Now they are asking to change PCB board-13k and take annual maintenance charge -4k every year , so that again if problem comes we will repair . I said I cant afford it will cost me more than 1 lakh to maintain Air conditioner for 10 years . Carrier customer care is least bothered to resolve issue of mine . Moreover the service persons are asking to sell the AC for 4500 rupees to them . Why they are manfacturing such cheap PCB boards which they sell as inverter ac dont require stablizer and later ask to install stablizer then ask to pay 13k for PCB ? Purely looting public money by fraudulent advertisement of worst products and high pricey components .
