Dear sir/mam
My self Shruti kumari and I have taken loan of Rs 3220 from PCFIN personal loan with higher interest rate with closing amount of Rs4162 with tenure of 15 days on 12 march 2020 and when I want to close my loan account they are not accepting the payment due to which I suffers from my cibil score last 3 years.
Please help me out from this fraud loan application so that I can build my cibil score.
