I wish you lodge a complaint against PayZapp app by HDFC Bank because of a fraud mobile prepaid recharge transaction done on 07.05.2020 through the PayZapp app.
Although the recharge was for a Vodafone mobile number, upon doing the transaction, the recharge was not completed and the transaction detail on the app showed “Sale at PayZapp Bill Pay, Bangalore” which did not make any sense. The money got deducted from the wallet but the recharge was not done.
