PayU money is the aggregator for https://CreazCart.shop/ who is a FRAUD Merchant. I did a payment transaction for Rs.499 on 29th of July which the merchant settled but No Product was dispatched for the money given. And PayU money on behalf of Zzoom accepted the money & settled to the Merchant. Over and above this PayU money is refusing to take responsibility for On-Boarding a FAKE Merchant
