Pay U money is a No.1 scam payment gateway in India run by fraudsters. If any business using this site to collect payments means. please use any other good payment gateway like “cashfree”.

PayU money don’t have a customer support. All they have is a creepy bot. that checks your transactions. Basically what is their business plan is, they loot failed payments. They will act like they give better service. But when your payment is failed means you’re done better you can forget the money. If you try to contact them means they don’t have a customer support. You can check the status of the payment with the creepy bot they have “It will tell there was no payment captured in this transaction ID” They are No.1 frauds in India.

I had 4 failed transactions with their payment gateway. They didn’t refunded or processed single penny.

Fraud company in India. If you guys seeing this means check before making payments. whether this payments is through PayU or not. If it is PayU means avoid it. There is no guarantee for the money you pay.

  1. Dear Satya Prakash Varma! Customer Care IRCTC,

    I am pained to understand how irresponsible the system is. Your IRCTC has opened gates for private payment gateways and when the payment is not realized, we the customers are the sufferers.

    I would like to know the reason why such Private Payment Gateways like PayU whose contact numbers or whose operating addresses have not even provided in the websites they own and how our IT & Information systems ministry is a mute spectator and what is the basis for our Central Govt and Reserve Bank to give permissions to such PayU company to fool the online customers?.

    “IRCTC ” has deliberately allowed such online frauds to happen in the disguise of “Next Generation Ticketing System” with “failed transactions” and if the Govt of India doesn’t even care to provide an alternative, preventive and quick resolutions to the genuine customers stranded due to your system lapses?.

    I am not satisfied with your deeply regretting emails other than resolving the issue on a priority basis.

    My son has to attend his college admission interview and in this COVID-19 times, it is difficult to look for alternative transport options as they are limited.

    You should have some understanding with your payment gateways and you should deliver your promises. Issues between you and your PayU cannot hinder the customer’s time, Money & Energy.

    Hon. Shri. Piyush Goyal Ji, Please take note and bring efficiency in online Ticketing booking systems with international Payments.
