I have ordered an ASUS LAPTOP on PaytmMall for my brother at home. I placed the order ( Order Id.-6315989562) on 18 oct 2018. It was expected to be delivered on 25th oct but got delayed from PayTmMall side. However One package got delivered as informed by paytm Mall on 3rd Nov 2018. but we were shocked when we saw the item inside package. it was nothing just pair of two books. I felt cheated and don’t know what to do. please help.
