Dear Sir,
The working of Customer Care service of Paytm Mall is absolutely disappointed me and hopefully customers in majority also. While writing this email, I am continuously holding customer care call on hold since 40 minutes for lodging my complaint about my booked product which shows delivered in my account but actually not delivered.
There is no option to lodge complaint on such particular issue instead Call at customer care No.01133776677,
The holding yet after 45 minutes now, feeling very very Worst Experience with Paytm Mall Customer Care.
It is very bad.

Status shows that my order has been delivered by Abhishek Rajput (8209462197) via XPRESSBEES_SP has picked up your order. Your AWB number is 13271183002269
The product is booked for Rs.69/- only and your Company wasted my 50 Minuties time yet and cotninue on hold the cutstomer care. Further given me tense for such theft in my paytmmall account.
You are CEO of the company so look into the matter and first lodge my compalint within 72 hours as stipulated by Paytmmall and thereafter PUNISH the Customer Care looking manager and delivery man who creates such horrible situation for a reputed company of Paytmmall.
Hope on the important seat of you as CEO be look after my complaint seriously so that other customer never be face such difficulties.
I am having a hope from a CEO so look it on top priority.
As of now holding customer care about 56 minutes by my mob.9887711500 zero response.
