I made a payment from my Paytm wallet by scanning a merchant’s Paytm QR code, but although the money was deducted from my wallet, the recipient did not receive the amount since they are not a Paytm wallet user. I tried to contact Paytm customer care many times and also tried to raise a complaint through the app, but I could not reach any support (the email address care@paytm.com is not a valid email address) or get any help. As I have no way to resolve this issue through Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd.), I am filing this complaint in consumer court to get my money back and to seek help for the inconvenience caused.
