1. On 02 April 20 I had tried thrice to add money to the PayTm wallet of 9812850882. Two times transaction failed and amount refunded to my bank account. For third transaction neither the amount credited to my wallet nor the amount refunded to my bank account. I approached the bank SBI. Hisar Cantonment , they replied to approach PayTm. I approached PayTm and they replied to contact bank.
2. Agent of customer care of PayTm are neither giving contact details of Greviance officer nor resolving the issue.
