Dear Paytm Team,
My Name is Deepak Kumar Singh and I have been using a Paytm wallet account from the last 4-5 years.
My working mobile number is 9718149797 and I have been using this number for the last 10 years. Recently I have been added one other additional new number (8810333654) since last Friday, dated 16-09-2022
After the activeness of this new mobile number my past balance goes to zero and Paytm balance showing zero. It is showing that Wallet opening is temporarily not available.
In my profile it is showing KYC not available but I am using this profile with my old mobile number (9718149797) from the last 4-5 years.
I am Continuously discussing with 24×7 help & support customer care people but still not receiving any good and proper response.
So, it is my humble request to please resolve these issues and also update my wallet and balance wallet account as soon as possible.
