I made one prepaid transaction to “THE INDIAN CLOTH” company via Paytm. Payment was successful and amount was deducted from my account. However the merchant didn’t deliver the products. On raising multiple complains through Paytm helpline , they provided me the merchant’s number which is invalid. Paytm executives are not reversing the transaction neither are they provide valid KYC details of the merchant.
