My airindia fight tiket 21.09.21 and 24.09.21,due to sum problem I modify my tiket then contact paytm costemer care on 18.09 21 ,they ensure that before 24 hours airindia will contact and free of cost modify tiket but after departure flight 22.09 21 contact paytm excutive and demand extra charges for modify tiket that also paid but ticket not modify till.It is mentaly haresment ond fraude
