I was paying my citibank credit card payment Rs 3000/- through PayTm on 14-Sep 2021 . Initially it show transactions declined and I was trying again. Few minutes later I got message from bank that cut off from my account Total of Rs. 3000/-.

Please refund the failure money back to my account.
