Paytm customer service calls and asked to pay the money on Paytm app to unblock the account. At least some interest on the usage 750 as she asked, I paid 900 to unblock my account. The payment was done on the app itself as she guided but it’s not yet unblocked. In the starting the paytm agreed to waive off the charges after several calls which always used to last for an hour. But when I got the message link for the payment, I did not had network in my phone to pay it. But after that even after several mail nothing is resolved yet. Only this time as they took 900.
