I have placed a request on Paytm 24×7 helpline to related to my account issue. It’s been over two weeks and yet the issue has not been solved.

I have sent same information again and again to them, followed up multiple times through their app portal, mail and call centre.

The agents always have the same response, that we can’t do anything, our team will contact you, but the team never contacts me.
