I used paytm postpaid services. In which i had a credit limit of 6000. I was a little late in paying my dues but i paid the loan with the services charges. But i was told by thier customer service representative that my late charges will be removed once i made the payment but now they refuse to do so and also telling me that my principle amount is still due. I have mailed them many where they accepted thier fault in mail but then refused again saying that the last mail they sent was a mistake. My loan number is PYTMPPABFL6761541489
