Text of Complaint by Shruti Saini:

I took up Paytm Postpaid and my bill was due on 07th February, 2023. I paid it on 08th February, due to shortage of funds. I requested them to waive off late fee due to the same reason and they outright denied. Why do we even take up postpaid? TO manage expenses in excess of funds. This is how they trick people. I have Rs. 885 as late fee. It is a big amount for me.

  1. Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have used Paytm postpaid facility and taken amount 4200/- in Dec 2022. I get time limit to pay that amount of 30 days..
    But in between this time my mobile get some issue and it get formatted… So as soon as early, I have re installed the app and login with the same mobile number and same mail id.
    But it get created new account (with the credentials).. if same mobile number and mail id is registered with paytm then how can they create new account??
    To ask this question I contacted so many times to customer care but not getting proper response… Every time they said, we have taken complaint for the same (saying from last 35 days) and also asked me for documents and I have provided all the documents.. but still not resolved this..
    Now I am getting phone calls from aaditya birla, to pay this amount.. they are providing me a third party link, and I am not paying any amount to any unknown links…
    My requirement is my old account which was I used regularly I need to activate.. from that account I will pay that amount… And I have contacted to customer care in time, but they are not considering me, so it’s their issue and for that I am not paying any extra charges…

    Aditya Birla collection team daily calling me so many time and saying pay 590/- as late fees and it will affecting my Cibil also..
