I am Paytm Postpaid Registered User
I had spend approx 1530 rs. from Paytm Postpaid in February month. In Statement received from Paytm in E-mail Total due amount is 1548.05 Rs.(1530+18.05 rs. convenience fee)
But, when I open Paytm Postpaid app there has shown due amount of 3096.10 Rs. which is higher than My Last month spend and I had no due before.
I had attached my March statement & Paytm Postpaid screenshot with this mail.
I had registered Complaint in Paytm Help on 1st March, I had contact finance partner Aditya birla customer care on 4th March , I had E-mailed Many times to care.digitalfinance@adityabirlacapital.com But My Issue not solved before due date of 7th March. So I had’nt paid any amount to Paytm Postpaid because they showing more due than my spend…Today on 8th march they Levied Late fee of Approx 600 rs. to my account…So please solve this Issue
