Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have no due amount in Paytm postpaid account even i have not done any transaction from Paytm postpaid in last 4 months however every months they are charging late fee from August’2022 for no reason as i haven’t done any late fee in the month of july’22.Due to negative balance in paytm postpaid account my cibil score have gone down.Request to you please look into this and reslove my query at the earliest.there is no customer care facility where i can raise my issue.there is only chat option which does not response properly.
