I have utilised 1600 rupees from paytm postpaid , and after a big fine they ended up making my total of 3100, i got a call for settlement on 14 th August 2022, i made the payment of 2000 and was assured to give settlement, ending up my dues coming to zero, but till now its showing a amount of 1700 till pending and affecting my credit score
