I activated paytm postpaid service in my account few days back and I found that whenever I tried to make any payment to any merchant through my wallet or bank account, it gat paid through the Postpaid account without my wish to do so. then they start charging fee in the name of convenience fee which was not mentioned at the time of subscription. when I decided to deactivate the postpaid account there is no option available in the application I waisted many hours and days searching for the option to deactivate but couldn’t found it so I decided file a complaint against it.
