This is about my paytm postpaid account. In 2019, I received a message from paytm that I am eligible for INR 500 for paytm postpaid. So, I used it and booked a movie ticket with cancellation protect , through Paytm postpaid and later cancelled the booking on the same day.
I immediately got refunded with the amount in my postpaid account. I never used that postpaid money.
Later, i started receiving notifications that I have to pay a Postpaid bill for 209 INR
I disputed the charges several times because I never used postpaid, however I never got any help.
It started increasing the amount with penalties for late payment. So, to save my cibil score, I made the bill payment for all the dues(which I never used)
However, now again since the beginning of 2021, I have started receiving messages that I owe an amount of Rs 209.52 for paytm postpaid .
I believe that I am being scammed by Paytm through these transactions that I have never done. I am going to report this to the consumer forum as well.
I request immediate response to this email, because I do not want my credit score to be impacted by this.

I have the same issue from past one year that I keep getting messages that I have 900 balance money Paytm postpaid. I never used Paytm postpaid and I still get message almost everyday.
Let me know if you find any solution.
