I have took a loan from paytm postpaid 3 months back and i paid it 1 month back but they they are still showing my whole due amount there which paid back a month ago and the dues and intrest are keep increasing day by day and now when i call paytm customer support they tell me that there is no calling department for paytm postpaid where you can talk to customer support executive for resolving your issue..all i want to say is that first they give the loan to customer and then never want the customer to pay it back so the intrest keep increasing…because when i was trying to pay from the paytm app it wasn’t accepting my payment so i had to do it through a link which i received from aditya birla finance group. They used to call me every day just to remind me to pay my dues.
