I have been a customer of Paytm’s postpaid service for some time now. And last month’s due payment was doing through paytm app but we got error again and again. then one of the paytm postpaid’s executive was called me and the due amount was cleared through upi request . and he said ” don’t worry sir your late fees is waved off ”
I am writing this because I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and the promises they have made to me. I was promised that my late fees would be waived off; however, they are refusing to do so. I feel cheated and betrayed by their false promises.
Please do something about this.
