I have been a customer of Paytm’s postpaid service for some time now. I am writing this because I am deeply disappointed with the customer service and the promises they have made to me. I was promised that my late fees would be waived off; however, they are refusing to do so. I feel cheated and betrayed by their false promises.
Please do something about this.
