I have taken Paytm Postpaid amount of 2427 about 5 months back and I have not paid that bill amount on time due to financial crisis. They laid heavy penalty charges and I want to request them to close my loan in similar amount of 2500 without any penalties. If they do so then I am ready to clear my loan immediately
