I want to convey you that although I’m late to pay payment but around 11:45-11:59 pm in night I tried many times to pay bill whole amount but you guys so cleverly doesn’t deducted my amount just to take these extra late fees.even after some minutes I have made the payment but they somehow want extra charges in the name of late fees GST etc etc so in morning I saw a GST included bill for late fees which hurts me even after paying they always do this.
Thank you but I have once been suffered from you guys so I’m not going to pay a single penny to you okay.when I have made the payment in night how can you ask me for more amount.kindly be sincere to unblock my account and let me use that freely bcz I have other options also mobikwik free charge pay later services too.i am honest to pay payment everytime.kindly understand it and do the needful ASAP.
