Hey there I just wanted to tell you that i have been fooled by paytm postpaid services as i have taken a loan of 5000 from paytm postpaid and even i didn’t use the whole i just take the loan and i didn’t use due to misfortune my account was hacked by someone else who used paytm postpaid amount then requested a report against that fraud but there was no update from paytm then your paytm services called me that pay your loan as even if i have not used they called me again and again then they you will need to pay the amount even if someone has used but its your account you need to pay then my total postpaid bill was 5000 which i have payed and my paytm postpaid account was zero means there was no amount left to pay but after 2 months they called me back and said pay the postpaid amount again and then they put convince fees of something which was not there i told them everything but they said we will update but they didn’t updated and my paytm postpaid account is still blocked without any reason i have paid single penny of loan and i also have screenshot of it please kindly update my paytm postpaid account and stop calling me again and again
