Paytm Postpaid generated the bill and havn’t send the bill to me through email or through any notification and levied late payment charges. For which i am continuously following up them to reverse. Further i have made the payment towards my outstanding balance which they have mentioned over the call but payment details are updated in postpaid account even after 10 days and they keep on calling for payment.
They didn’t have any channel to contact to them or write to them even after sending several emails on online available email ID’s havn’t got any response.
They are even not letting me close my account even after settlement.
