On 19th July I had done a transaction of rupees 7,165 including tax, it showed me the transaction successful but my beneficiary doesn’t received any money even though I checked his bank statement also their so details about this transaction on his passbook and I raised ticket issue to paytm but they are not responding and additional they are charging fine on me
