Paytm Postpaid bill payment is not getting processed via UPI due to their technical issues. They are not allowing to set-up as auto payment as well. They are now looting their customers by charging Hefty charges 900-1000 Rs per payment missed due to their issues. Its been not more than 24 hrs since due date passed. LOOTING their customer by doing this fraudulent activities.
Some case should be raised against them. Also I want my refund fully. They dont have any Helpline Number and email for POSTPAID related issues. Customer care dont help say this department is different.
Resolution I want :- Refund me full charges.
