I have taken loan of rupees 500 through Paytm postpaid and due to my bad financial situation I was not able to pay it on time so they keep imposing penalties , then In May 2024 I have received a call from paytm postpaid(Aditya Birla finance) asking me to pay today and they told me if I pay the amount today they will settle it in 1500 INR and will update my CIBIL in 45 days ,To settle my loan and paid the amount of Rs 1500 . Then again I received calls from them (aditya Birla fincorp./ Paytm postpaid) I asked them why my CIBIL score is still down and in the app still showing loan of more than 5000 rupees I was told that it will be updated in 45 days it take that much time to update etc. now this is September and still they keep asking for money and my CIBIL score is effective’s badly I faced many problems because of this please take it into consideration I am attaching screenshot of the payment.
