I had a account in Paytm postpaid and I forgot to pay the bill of 800 on time for that they had added the penalty and after that I immediately paid the bill amount except the penalty and for 300 they were calling and torchering like anything.
After that they had started adding the penalty month on month and made it 2400 till now.
