I used paytm for 2 months only i.e. sep.and oct22. I had paid the complete bill of sep. on call but late which was successfully received. When I made transactions in oct 22 the transaction was made which was also successful. But after that a late payment fee of 590 INR was charged which I paid and that too was successful. After making all the payments before time and making an extra payment also (which was not to be made), my bill was still showing unpaid with some amount. I thought it would be updated in a few days on the application. But after a few days, I started getting calls from Aditya Birla to make the payment and when I told them the whole story, they told me to get in touch with Paytm postpaid team. When I called paytm customer care, they told me that there’s no customer care department for paytm postpaid and they cannot help me in this
